Description

Two Ingredient Dough Pretzel Bites are soft, salty, and golden brown with no yeast and no rise time. Just mix, cut, dip, and bake.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon pretzel salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Add flour and yogurt to a stand mixer. Mix until combined.
  3. Knead for 2–3 minutes until a dough ball forms.
  4. Turn out onto floured surface and divide into 4 pieces.
  5. Roll each piece into a rope and cut into small bites.
  6. Dissolve baking soda in boiling water. Dip each bite quickly.
  7. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 7–10 minutes until golden.
  8. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with pretzel salt.

Notes

  • You can freeze unbaked bites and bake straight from frozen.
  • Cinnamon sugar variation: coat warm bites in butter and toss in cinnamon sugar.
