Description
Two Ingredient Dough Pretzel Bites are soft, salty, and golden brown with no yeast and no rise time. Just mix, cut, dip, and bake.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup boiling water
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon pretzel salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Add flour and yogurt to a stand mixer. Mix until combined.
- Knead for 2–3 minutes until a dough ball forms.
- Turn out onto floured surface and divide into 4 pieces.
- Roll each piece into a rope and cut into small bites.
- Dissolve baking soda in boiling water. Dip each bite quickly.
- Place on baking sheet. Bake for 7–10 minutes until golden.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with pretzel salt.
Notes
- You can freeze unbaked bites and bake straight from frozen.
- Cinnamon sugar variation: coat warm bites in butter and toss in cinnamon sugar.
