Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fat-free feta cheese
  • 2 light Laughing Cow cheddar cheese wedges
  • Everything bagel seasoning, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chili crunch, oil drained
  • Optional: green onions or herbs like parsley or cilantro

Instructions

1. Slice mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.

2. Combine feta and Laughing Cow cheese in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.

3. Add everything bagel seasoning and chili crunch to the softened cheese, stir until smooth.

4. Stuff each mini pepper half with the cheese mixture.

5. Garnish with herbs or green onions if using, and serve immediately.
