Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained
- 1 roasted beet, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
Instructions
1. Drain chickpeas and prep beet if needed.
2. Add all ingredients to a food processor.
3. Blend for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
4. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time to adjust consistency.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning.
6. Transfer to a bowl and serve with veggies or pita chips.
