- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour and water to make a smooth batter.
3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shake off excess, and place on the baking sheet.
4. Bake for 20 minutes until lightly golden and firm.
5. Remove from oven, toss florets in buffalo sauce, then return to the sheet.
6. Bake another 10–15 minutes until crispy and caramelized.
