Description

These buffalo chicken sliders are spicy, cheesy, and irresistibly delicious, perfect for game day, parties, or casual weeknight dinners.

For the Sliders:

  • 9 slider buns
  • 1½ cups shredded cooked chicken
  • ½ cup Frank’s buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

 

For the Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, combine chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

3. Place bottom halves of slider buns in the baking dish.

4. Top with buffalo chicken mixture and shredded cheese. Add bun tops.

5. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush over the buns.

6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5–10 more minutes until golden.

7. Cut and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Add blue cheese crumbles for extra tang.
  • Serve with carrot and celery sticks.
  • Can be prepped ahead and baked before serving.
