Ingredients
- 12 large strawberries, washed and hollowed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
1. Wash strawberries and pat dry. Carefully remove tops and hollow out centers using a paring knife.
2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
3. Pipe or spoon the filling into each hollowed strawberry.
4. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the filling and press gently to adhere.
