- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 4 large flour tortillas
Seasonings & Oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Cheese & Sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
Garnish
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Place the diced chicken in a bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix to coat evenly.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked.
3. Lay tortillas flat. Spread garlic sauce on each. Divide the chicken evenly, then top with cheddar and mozzarella.
4. Fold the sides in, then roll up into tight wraps.
5. Return the wraps to the pan and grill 2–3 minutes per side, until crispy and the cheese is melted.
6. Slice in half, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Great served with a side salad or garlic dipping sauce.
Add red pepper flakes to the chicken for a spicier kick.
