Instructions

1. Wash and dry strawberries completely. Any water will cause the chocolate to seize.

2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals, stirring between each.

3. Dip each strawberry by the green top into the chocolate. Let the excess drip off and twist gently for an even coat.

4. Place dipped strawberries on parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

5. Serve immediately or store refrigerated for up to 3 days. Best enjoyed the same day!
