Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped small
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken, cottage cheese, 1 cup shredded cheddar, Frank’s RedHot, and garlic powder.
3. Transfer to an oven-safe baking dish and smooth out the top.
4. Sprinkle remaining ¼ cup cheddar over the top.
5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly.
6. (Optional) Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top.
7. Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with green onion, and serve.
