Instructions
1. Wash cucumber and slice into 1/4-inch rounds.
2. Cut smoked salmon into heart shapes using a small cookie cutter or sharp knife.
3. Spread 1 tsp cream cheese on each cucumber slice.
4. Top with a heart-shaped piece of smoked salmon.
5. Garnish with a pinch of chopped chives if desired.
