Description

This magical Leprechaun Bait is a sweet and salty snack mix perfect for St. Patrick’s Day! Made with Chex, Lucky Charms, pretzels, and white chocolate, it’s fun, festive, and irresistibly crunchy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups Chex cereal
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks
  • 1 1/2 cups Lucky Charms cereal
  • 2/3 cup green M&Ms
  • 1/2 cup Lucky Charms marshmallows
  • 8 oz white chocolate almond bark

Instructions

1. Melt white chocolate almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.

2. In a large bowl, combine Chex, pretzel sticks, Lucky Charms cereal, and half the green M&Ms.

3. Pour melted white chocolate over the mix and stir gently to coat everything evenly.

4. Spread mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.

5. Top with remaining green M&Ms and Lucky Charms marshmallows.

6. Let set at room temperature for 1 hour until firm.

7. Break into snack-sized pieces and serve.

Notes

  • For best results, don’t overheat the white chocolate.
