Ingredients

- 50 regular marshmallows or 6 cups mini marshmallows

- 6 cups Lucky Charms cereal
Instructions
1. Lightly grease and line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper. Spray a rubber spatula with nonstick spray.
2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium-low heat, stirring gently to prevent browning.
3. Add marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth, about 5–7 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
5. Quickly add Lucky Charms cereal and stir until evenly coated.
6. Press mixture into the prepared pan using the greased spatula, spreading evenly without packing too tightly.
7. Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then cut into 16 squares with a damp knife for clean cuts.
