Ingredients

- 1 egg yolk

- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup Lucky Charms marshmallows (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line three baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Cream butter and sugar together on medium speed for 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
3. Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla, then mix until just incorporated.
4. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
5. Gently fold in Lucky Charms marshmallows, reserving a few for topping.
6. Scoop dough into 3-tablespoon portions, spacing them 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
7. Bake for 10 minutes, rotating pans halfway through baking.
8. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
