Description

Mini Quiche Hearts are adorable, cheesy, veggie-packed egg bites baked in a heart-shaped muffin tin, the perfect savory option for Valentine’s Day brunches or celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or Gruyere)
  • 1/2 cup diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, or tomatoes)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a heart-shaped muffin tin.

2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.

3. Divide diced vegetables evenly into each muffin cup.

4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the vegetables in each cup.

5. Pour egg mixture over the fillings, filling each cup 3/4 full.

6. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until set and lightly golden.

7. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then gently remove and serve.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill the cups, 3/4 full is ideal.
  • Grease your muffin tin well to prevent sticking.
  • Let them rest before removing for easier release.
  • These freeze well, just reheat in the oven or microwave.
