Description
These Shamrock Pretzel Pops are festive, salty-sweet treats made with pretzels, Rolos, and green candies. Quick to make and fun for all ages, they’re perfect for St. Patrick’s Day parties or edible gifts.
Ingredients
- 10 pretzel sticks (gluten free if necessary)
- 30 small pretzel twists (gluten free if necessary)
- 10 Rolo chocolate caramel candies
- 10 green candy-coated chocolate buttons (like M&Ms or Smarties)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 250°F (130°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Arrange 1 pretzel stick as a stem and 3 pretzel twists as shamrock leaves for each pop.
3. Place 1 Rolo in the center of each shamrock shape.
4. Warm in the oven for 2 minutes until the Rolo softens.
5. Remove from oven and gently press 1 green candy button into the center of each Rolo.
6. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
7. Peel from parchment and serve!
Notes
- Don’t overbake, just warm the Rolos until soft.
- Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
