Description
Easy, festive St. Patrick’s Day White Chocolate Dipped Oreos with minty flavor and sprinkles. Ready in under 20 minutes! Perfect for parties or gifting.
Ingredients
- 11 ounces (2 cups) white chocolate chips
- Green food coloring (gel preferred)
- 1 (18 ounce) package Mint Oreos (about 36 sandwich cookies)
- St. Patrick’s Day-themed sprinkles
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and set aside.
2. Divide the white chocolate chips into two microwave-safe bowls.
3. Microwave each bowl for 1½ minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
4. Add green food coloring to one bowl and stir until evenly colored.
5. Dip each Oreo halfway into either the white or green chocolate.
6. Let excess chocolate drip off and place the cookie on the baking sheet.
7. Immediately add sprinkles while chocolate is still wet.
8. Repeat until all cookies are dipped and decorated.
9. Let cookies set completely at room temperature or chill for 15 minutes in the fridge.
10. Store in an airtight container once fully set.
Notes
- Use coconut oil to thin chocolate if needed.
- Decorate immediately after dipping to help sprinkles stick.
- Mint Oreos add extra flavor, but regular or Golden Oreos work too.
