Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes (about 2 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
1. Wash potatoes and slice into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
2. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut each slice into hearts.
3. Toss potato hearts with olive oil in a large bowl.
4. Mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle over potatoes and toss to coat.
5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.

7. Transfer to serving plate and sprinkle with fresh chives. Serve hot.
Notes
- Don’t slice too thin, 1/2-inch gives best results.
- Avoid overcrowding the air fryer to ensure even cooking.
- Flip halfway through cooking for even crisping.
- Pairs beautifully with creamy mains like garlic parmesan chicken.
